MD04/MD07 have only the current Stock/Requirements.
Do the requirements have reservations? MB25 is a Reservation List. Uncheck Open Reservations to see history. I think this is the best direct answer.
Other objects that create or represent requirements: Sales Orders, Production Orders, Maintenance Orders, Deliveries, .... Most of these have multi-level list displays that include the materials.
