(E- Feld QUOTGROUP in Tabelle PRH_CPET_PERIODDET_PRCQUOT ist doppelt (Bitte überprüfen) )

We found SAP NOTE 2290115 is related and followed the proposed steps. But here we get the following error while activating: Das Aktivieren von Dictionaryobjekten während des Einspielens neuer Software ist gesperrt (BATCH,30.05.2017, 13:34:58). Enabling dictionary objects during the import new software is locked
So, we are going in circles.
