Reply from t000m on Aug 20 at 3:59 PM Hi Shiva, this is my approach: If you have a backup do a homogeneous system copy. If you want to reduce database size on target (DEV) do a heterogeneous system copy (migration) by export/import If I remember correctly, next steps are: 1. Once you get your new DEV system, you must do a client copy and make sure you choose the right profile like SAP_UCSV (Customizing, User Master Records and User Variants). A request or request are generated. Keep them. 2. Create a new client in SCC4 3. Logon into that client and transport the request/s 4. Delete the client with PRD data. I think this is more or less what I did. Good luck, tom

Request your valuable suggestion on the best approach & its possibility, please..
