If your fully issued deliveries are still in this index table then run
RLE_SHP_IDX_TABLE_MAINTAIN
to correct it (can be run just for the ones you know are wrong)

Hello everyone,
We have some issues that certain outbound deliveries that are fully shipped with the GM stats as C shows in VL06O as open when run with Total gds mvt stat = A. But the deliveries are all C in the total goods movement status in the delivery. How do we fix this inconsistency?
