If you are only pointing at changing StoLoc address, this is what you should do:
In OX09, Give the Plant & list of storage locations is displayed. In that select the storage location & Click on the Addresses of storage location tab. Here you can maintain the address details of stores. This address is stored in TWLAD as an address number with all the details.
