[sap-log-sd] Wrong 'Complete' Overall Status, Line Item Shipped Partials

Hello Sap Experts,

We have an issue where the Sales Order Line Item overall status is set to "Completed' when a partial shipment was done against the order.
It was also invoiced.

Overall status on line item shows Completed
No DN open
Invoice QTY is incomplete, there is still an open quantity.

Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
