Are you on the same system or two different systems getting the same error?
Cannot say that I have seen this error before.
It might help if we had the error message number.
When does the error occur? When saving the PO?
BR8281's description is after two approvals. So the error message appears for a third approver, or when?
"Non Existence of Appr": Appr could mean "Approver". Is there a workflow to find the next approver?
I'm guessing that the word, "Auto", is a red herring, and that the error is related to the configured Release Procedure.
