You might want to look at the TQSS1 configuration table using SE16. This should have a list of plants that have been set up for QM (that doesn't mean they actually use it).
You can take this list and go to the Plant table T001W. Each plant (T001W-WERKS) is assigned a Valuation Area (T001W-BWKEY) - practically everyone makes these two values identical.
You can take the valuation areas for your plant and look up the company code to which they are assigned in the Valuation Area table (T001K).
If your company uses Valuation Areas that exactly correspond to Plant, then you can skip the T001W table look-up and take the list of plants in TQSS1 and plug them into SE16 (T001K-BWKEY).

There are few company codes and not all plants in a company code are using QM. How can I know which plants are using QM in a company code?
I know the plant and company code relation can be obtained using table.
