What I need is not a report about the outputs that are pending / not processed properly, but to run a report about all the outputs (of a certain output type) for a determined period. For example to see all ZC01 Outputs for a certain Sales Org. that were created between two dates.
Yes, you have the option to control your output . Look into , " message data" and "billing Data"
Is there any possibility to do that? And is it possible to export the report from VF31 to an Excel file?
Yes, once you have your report generated , there is a tab where you can export the report into Excel.

Subject: Vf31 Processing Mode Types
Processing Mode 1 is for first time printing an Output Type. Processing Mode 2 is repeat printing of an Output Type.
If you want to see what has already been printed, choose Mode 2 in your selection and you will only see documents that have already been printed.
