reason being it's one time customer. It's just a number.
The actual effect like its customer name, address, etc. happens only in he
transactional level. Could you elaborate the business scenario where you want
to block this one time customer?

If you use the XD05 the customer can be blocked for all the company codes.
Similarly if you use VD05 the customer can be blocked for sales areas.
