Question from Guest on Jun 14 at 5:25 AM Our company is planning to implement change in the employee basic pay by a certain percentage (for example 8% increase in the current salary) but should be within the set minimum and maximum amount per Pay Grade level. Currently set-up in our SAP-HR is we use the pay scale (each pay grade has nth number of levels/step with corresponding amounts; and pay grade are grouped into Officer and Rank and File) My questions are: (1) How are we going to configure pay grade (with minimum and maximum salary level) this in our SAP-HR? (2) How can we go about shifting from pay scale to pay grade? (3) Any other areas/configuration to look out for that will be affected by this shift Hope you can help me on this.
