My client wants to carry over the remaining sick leave on the anniversary date. He wants to create a new quota record on IT 2006 (23) and wants the balance of the previous record (23) to be carried over into this new record.
Is it possible to write a rule where at the end of the anniversary year, I create a new record and transfer the remaining balance to the new record? What operation would be used for this kind of scenario?
