L1 can run ammendmend by t-code zmmp_ini_amend and enter po number and can
change in PO and the again L1 can send
the PO to L2 for approval.

Subject: Release Strategy for PO after Modification Done by L1 User
Hi,
I have a business scenario regarding release procedure of PO. Release procedure has been configured for PO for user L1, L2, L3 user sequentially. L1 creates PO containing 10 items and approves it which then goes to L2 for approval. L2 approves it and asks L1 to change the item quantity to 15. How to configure the release procedure so that the PO after modification will again go to L2 for approval.
Note- L2 has approved the PO for quantity of 10. |
