decided by Manager / Management. But the benefit of the transaction code is
it will help to load the N number transactions into the GL account in one
load. However the risk of the Transaction code is the management will able
to view the transactions only during reporting if the transactions loaded
by unauthorised person without the knowledge of the authorised person.
