You can use SPROXY to edit your proxy classes and change those abstract types to actual ones.

Subject: Consume Web-Service With Abstract Type

Hi,

We are using SAP ABAP stack (without PI) and would like to consume a Web-Service, which is defined on the external non SAP system and it is defined with abstract type.

We are able to import the WSDL in SE80 but the generated Proxy classes seems to not support that abstract types in any way.

I've found the old question and answer (2013) regarding the abstract types with the statement "The problem is that its WSDL contains one abstract type and SAP does not work with abstract.".

https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3373246

Is there something new in this subject?

Regards,
Kris
