Thanks :-), i would like to clear one more doubt in this regards, if an employee salary is paid till 30th of April. and now we are going to change the payroll period w.e.f from 1st of May, How to take it forward? I have checked with creating new payroll area, how can I calculate from 1st may for our employees. I am confused how to avoid this.

Pay scale grpg for allowances for 00100277 is not defined on 26.04.2017 on running payroll simulation run...
Till last month it was working fine, I have come across with other forums and threads, they were saying configure the grouping, but the groupings and configurations are made up to 31.12.9999.
This is happening because I have created the new payroll period for my payroll area, since last month we were processing the payroll 1-30th now the client is required to run the payroll on 25th and the time calculation as 26-25th of every month.
Hence, I have generated the new payroll periods and assigned it to the existing payroll area. So now I am finding the above error.
It's a little urgent. Please help me resolve.
