I am new in HCM. I am implementing the Performance management sub module. However, when I got to testing, by calling the Create Appraisal (APPCREATE), I get the error "Appraisal template 50000239 is not fully supported" with the explanation: Message no. HRHAP00_TEMPLATE615
Diagnosis
The appraisal template was generated by the predefined Performance Management process and is not fully supported for this transaction.
An appraisal template that has been generated by the predefined Performance Management process may, for example, use more columns than can be displayed in the administrator functions (transaction PHAP_ADMIN).
Furthermore, changes in the catalog for appraisal templates (transaction PHAP_CATALOG), such as access rights, columns, layout, or status flow, can negatively affect the appraisal template in the predefined Performance Management process and cause errors in the process flow. We therefore recommend that you not make any changes.
I have gone through the procedure over and over again and still cant get why I am getting this message. Kindly help me resolve this. Thanks in advance.
