Why do you use Price Control V for material FG? Is there any concern about this?
I think you should look around about price control Standard or Moving Average.
In my opinion variance will calculate if you set Price Control S and FG has Standard Cost. So between Actual and standard SAP will calculate the Variance.

Hello,
When calculating the variance on production order for finished good I am running into an error "Only remaining variance exists in Ver.0"
Since this is FG on MAP there is no standard cost estimate for this product.
So looking to seek advice if this is a valid error and how to get rid of this for FG on MAP.
Please advise.
