IP18 can be helpful here.
To find F/L in area go to Functional Location multiple selection button, then press again Multiple Selection (on pop-up window)
Set your search for Functional Location list (service), enter your area selection criteria and execute.
When you get a list of F/L's transfer them to multiple selection window, come back to IP18 (check Maintenance Plan active and With Object list checkboxes)
And finally execute IP18, now what you need to do so create Layout to see all what you want.
