Question from Andy Murzyn on Jan 13 at 7:07 AM I have just performed the task of uploading the 2016 US 1099MISC pdf to my DEV system. When printing the 1099MISC all recipient's information is displayed with the exception of the City, State, and Zip Code. Has anyone seen this before, and if so, is there a solution? I realize this is not much to go on but basically that's it. The form has been activated and displays properly as 2016, but recipient's address data does not display.
Any information regarding this that you can share would be greatly appreciated.
