I am generating applicant to use Bapi (BAPI_APPLICANT_CREATE), after that what ever applicant we are getting according that I am passing data into FM (HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION) but in this FM I am getting the problems. with the help of this FM we are maintaining master data for custom infotypes.
