Question from Joseph on Aug 9 at 2:17 PM So production TECO's an order when they decide they don't have sufficient resources to complete the production order. They go in, change quantity to 0 or 1 then TECO the order. They do this because they can't cancel a production order once it's released. The problem is that this leaves an open inspection lot that quality has to deal with each time and there's no way to close them all besides manually going in and closing each one individually. I know how to close the lots but it is very time consuming so i'm looking for an alternate way so it's all done in one step. Is there a way to completely cancel an order so that there will not be an open inspection lot once a production order is made? | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
