When I run the simulation run for the current month I can the employee contribution balance carried forward from the previous month through RT, but in the Live run it is disappearing all together and RT is showing 0. What is the problem?
This problem is only with one particular payroll area other payroll area run is just fine and no problem. Does system have special checks in the Live payroll run we have to look for?
