I want to restrict the confirmation of production if there is shortage in stock for any components in system. I know I can handle it by setting in OPK4, but it will restrict all the users to do confirmation of production if there is no stock in system resulting in no COGI. Is there is a way that only a particular user id can do the confirmation with COGI & other user Cannot.
Above question was my original requirement I have achieved below solution for this, but still there is a way out for end users to do the confirmation with error as COGI.
We have worked the above line as confirmation process & goods movement. Checking stock in MARD table & it is throwing an error for end user. It is also allowing the Main user id which is authorized to do if Stock is not available for any bom components.
But still there is a loop if I click on save button directly the system is not checking the logic which we have configured & confirmation /goods movement is happening with COGI.
Please suggests for this.
