Hi,

We have WBS's that represent services and a project definition that sits on top of the relevant WBS hierarchy.

We are considering the pitfalls of not using a hierarchy, rather we would like to flatten the same and only have the PD at the top with a number of WBS's hanging of it but not in a heirarchy but flat lined.

Does anyone have any views on this.
