Your question is a little unclear. You're being asked to test the following:
VA03 = Display Sales Order
VF03 = Display Billing Document
ME23N = Display Purchase Order
FB03 = Display Accounting Document
XK03 = Display Vendor Centrally
XD03 = Display Customer Centrally
MIRO = Post Logistics Invoice
MIR4 = Display Logistics Invoice.
For all of them you'd need to find a suitable document number / customer / vendor number to use.
