We have never came across such requirement. However, since system date and
time is set by basis person (basically it is on server) this can not be
changed for future date. Since accounting period would also be not opened,
hence accounting entry also can not be generated for PGI.
VL02 allows to change the dates for the period which is open and the date
which is not past.
It would be interesting and prudent to check why client has this
requirement.
Let the forum know if you find a solution.

I use t-code VL02n input Delivery No and then press "Post Goods Issue" button without going to next screen. System will use current date to post document. If current date is the end of month, I need change current date to first date of next month. For example : If current date is "31/5/2016" then I need to change to "1/6/2016" .
