Please check Whether your have maintained " Reduction Rule : 3 (Reduce by
inactive days)" in selection rule --> Accrual Entitlement

Hi All,

Sick leave is prorating correctly for hires, however, when an employee is rehired, the entire entitlement is given to him. We have negative time management, feature ENTRY is set to REENT X and table V_T559L is set to pro-rate.

Please help!
