Question from nelaccs on Jan 21 at 12:50 PM I activated vendor evaluation from service entry sheet. Users create the service entry sheet and register the score for semi-automatic criteria (service quality and timeliness). The system records the score in table ESSR. Everything OK!
The problem is ... I display structure S013 but I can't see the scores under the fields PWWE1, PWWE2, PWFR1 or PWFR2.
The problem is related to data from service entry sheet. I can display data from MIGO in S013 (fields PWMT1 or PWTT1, for example).
When the system transfers data from ESSR to S013? I though it is an on-line process, so I could display the information immediately.
Obviously, I can't run the vendor evaluation for a service vendor because system calculates SERVICE criteria as ZERO.
I performed setup of statistical data of S013 structure (transactions OLIX, OLI3) without positive results.
Update is active (Synchronous updating) (transaction LBW1).
Any ideas?
