Based on this link if we need to go SAP_HR SP 87 then do we have upgrade to STACK 11 . Currently we are on EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 Stack 5 OR we can continue to upgrade. I have upgraded form SAP_HR 57 to 86

When i try to upgrade to SAP _HR 87
SAPKE60487 - Is requires to upgrade SAPKNA7028 to be upgrade to SAPKNA7031 and when i try to do that it ask to have SAPKBW70030 and when i try to do that it say SPAM/SAINT -0047. We are already on version 7.31/58 . So i am confused. :-(
So is it possible to do without stack upgrade or have to stack upgrade to go SAP_HR 87 version.

How can I find what changes are brought in system when we move from one SP level to another? Are there any guide which give this detail? We are moving from SAP_HR 57 to 86 so how to find what has changes so we can plan testing for right areas.
