Question from Pingpong32 on Jul 10 at 2:24 PM We are currently using vertex for Sales tax and their recent yearly tax maintancence (May 2015) and also a recent upgrade to 7.0 resulted in major production issues to the point where we cannot process orders and also were not able to file quarterly tax on time. Their support team is friendly and courteous but the result is not very good at the end. It appears that their support team constantly changes and is very inexperienced. We are calculating Sales tax (not a very large volume) and looking for input and experiences from others.
