Reply from Sunny_boy on Jul 13 at 4:13 PM That's strange. During creation of the TO a SU should NOT be asked. During confirmation it should ask the SU. Or are you doing a create and confirm in one? I don't know why it's asking a SU during creation, that's not normal behavior. Your config looks good. Are you sure you are only creating the TO (in storage type you can check if the confirmation has to be done).
You could also check the standard SAP storage types for B (I think that's 012).

The scenario is that we have Storage Unit Management turned on throughout the warehouse where 1 PC = 1 Storage Unit (SU) and the SU is held in a bin with multiple quantities of the same Material; so we have multiple SU's of the same Material in the same bin.
The TO is created with the SU number selected by the system, but when picking we want to give the users the option to select the closest SU in the bin, rather than having to search through the bin to find the allocated SU in the TO; as this would take too long.
Ideally, we would like to be able to change the Source SU number in the TO during TO confirmation but this does seem possible as standard.
We could cancel the TO line using function module L_TO_CANCEL_SU and recreate the TO line using function module L_TO_CREATE_DN, but we would rather not do that unless necessary.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how this could be accomplished?
We have a bespoke RF system and could make any required developments.
