Reply from adam_frank on Jul 10 at 11:35 AM It is possible to use LSMW to load employee data into the system in preparation for a new role out of SAP for example, and we have done this in the past. Found it works best if you start with IT's 0000 and 0001 data in the same load file. Once these are loaded, move on and do all other IT's (0002, 0006, 0007, 0008 etc) as separate loads in numerical order. This makes it easier to (a) keep track of the IT's you have loaded, and (b) sort out any issues as you are looking at one infotype at a time.
