I stand to be corrected, but, if you go through IW41 [Confirmation] at the Operation level through the time you put in is the "local" time.

When you check off the boxes for Final Confirmation and No Remaining Work - The Operation is "Complete" and when reviewed it will show this [local] time.

The "Posting Date" may or may not use the local time. [I've never checked]

When the last Operation has been "Confirmed" and the Work Order is TECO'd there is another set of dates and times as well.

If you are interested in obtaining a "Compliance" report the local dates on the confirmations are the critical "Times/Dates".

I haven't worked enough with Purchasing to know how the dates are set up but I "believe" that there are Local and reference times in all of the systems for the company I am currently working with. The "system" time is Brazil time and the local time is wherever in the world the transaction is taking place. Reporting is done by "Division" and each "division" has its own Time Zone. The set-up we have here allows a "user" only one log-in and they must log off from one division before entering another division. I currently have access to three divisions and by manually entering the dates and times at the SAP entity level I don't believe that there is any issue with reporting of accurate times - as long as the entry is accurate the report will reflect the true local time.

Subject: Wrong Time during TECO

Thanks for the answer kjclark, I saw that too. The only problem is that I'm creating the workorder and executing the workorder in the same time zone. At the creation moment, It takes the time zone of the user, but in the complete moment (reference time), it takes the system time zone.

Kind regards,

Kayato
