Reply from shubhadshevte on Jun 22 at 2:52 AM No need to create dummy position. You can transfer first employee to default position(99999999), so that his position will be vacant. You can transfer second employee on this vacant position, so that his position will be vacant, and you can assign this position to first employee.

I have a problem when trying to assign two different employees to occupy each others position, the scenario I have employee A and employee B, they are have their original positions, but now am trying to move employee A to occupy employee B's position and employee B to occupy employee A's position.
The system is configured as the positions will be 100% filled, which action can I use to transact this process without terminating any of the employees.
Currently when I try to to move employee A to B's position, the system will give me an error saying the position is already been filled.
