The problem was the employee entered time in advance for some recurring activities and the manager approved that time, also in advance. We were then trying to reverse it and approve the reversal so as to remove the charges to the WBS. HR has now accepted that they have no choice but to temporarily activate the employee, clean up those time entries, run time eval, and then terminate him again.

We are running ECC 6. My Finance department has a problem where there are some unapproved time records with charges to a WBS for an employee who is terminated. Is there a way to approve the time records without making the employee active? (Our HR department does not want to reactivate the employee, even temporarily.) Thanks. |
