Ask your HR Department if maybe they entered the termination with an incorrect date. It is not really acceptable to allow a terminated employee to punch in and work. For example, we have had punches in CAT2 for employees on dates after term date. My opinion is that the termination date is entered incorrectly and should be fixed.

We are running ECC 6. My Finance department has a problem where there are some unapproved time records with charges to a WBS for an employee who is terminated. Is there a way to approve the time records without making the employee active? (Our HR department does not want to reactivate the employee, even temporarily.) Thanks. |
