You can write the code to download it to files. However, you may not have the time to do the testing required. So, I'd suggest that you just copy paste this time, but take it as a strong lesson learned to provide a better fix in the future.

Pretty much every ABAPer goes through this on their first refresh.

I have developed quite a few ABAP objects in my SAP sandbox. Now we are planning on refreshing our sandbox. I am told that my objects will be lost and I need to copy them off. I am told that I have to cut and paste my ABAP code into note pad and save the files. Is there an easy way to backup a package and all its objects rather than cutting and pasting ?
