We have used a proffit center in the line but we need both.
Which code should I use in FSG to avoid the problem that we cannot book
without cost center?

Assuming Controlling is active, check the CO assignment in the entry without cost center. The entry may be posted to other CO objects or the GL may be a balance sheet or revenue account.
FSG is field status group and you will see this in GL account master data (FS00) - Create/bank/interest tab.
