Right now our non-SAP solution lets us attach our work instructions at the item level which is what I was hoping to stick with. I will have to ask my customer base how difficult it would be to switch over to maintaining on the router. Then we lose the WI when we release rework orders...was hoping it would be easier :)

Hello Gurus,
I've used some other answers here to help me configure the DRW PRT type to attach to my BOM headers in SAP. I've also done the config to allow DRW PRT's to be manually attached to my orders (I can add them manually via CO02).
However, when I attach my PRT's to the master BOM header level, they do not copy into my production order with my other exploded master BOM data. Am I missing a step in the config?
