Depending on your access within SAP you can create these 300 part numbers in mass. You can create them using LSMW, SECATT or eCATT. If you are an end user, I doubt you would be given the access, unless you happen to be in the master data team. Else, get in touch with the SAP Business Analyst or SAP MM consultant within your company, they should be able to help you with this.
