When changing or deleting one or more lines of the internal table
"\CLASS=CL_ICF_TREE\METHOD=IF_ICF_TREE~EXTALIA S_FROM_URL\DATA=EXT_URLCOMP" or
when inserting in the table "\CLASS=CL_ICF_TREE\METHOD=IF_ICF_TREE~EXTALIA S_FR
OM_URL\DATA=EXT_URLCOMP", 0 was used as
the line index. An index less than or equal to zero is not
allowed.
