When entering an intercompany order for 4.4lbs the quantity is rounded up to 5 LB after the message "the item qty has been rounded UP to the pack quantity." Where can the pack quantity be changed? This is not a field that is maintained I need help figuring out how to remove the pack quantity to ship the 4.4lbs required without it rounding. |
