In the transport log, expand fully the step where it has failed (by selecting the step and selecting expand icon), making sure all the nodes are expanded (should not show + sign).
Now you can see the step/s of RC not = 0.
Analyse what may be the reason.
If necessary, consult an ABAP'er or an experienced functional consultant. You may post details of the log of these step/s, for further advice.

Usually, if the problem is in a development object like a program, then the program generation in the target client would have failed. Such problems occur when the object or one of its components is applicable for several countries and there is an inconsistency between the object and the components. To resolve this problem, check what should be the applicability for the object or its components and correct.
Or it is possible that one of the components is in the transport source system but not in the target. Correct this by transporting such object/s.
Then re-apply the transport.
