If that is the case, on entering the tcode FS00, she needs to click on the create button, which is the icon next to the pen symbol, but NOT the icon that say "With Template" If she clicks on this icon, she will be able to create her new GL.
If on the other hand, she wants to change a GL that she has already created, she needs to click on the pen symbol/icon to change the details of that GL.
