Please the process to assign license in existing SAP User ID's:
Process :
1. Go to Tcode - SU01
2. Put the user Id in which you want assign license, Click on change mode
3. Click on last tab : License , in this drop down you select the license
and save
This is the way to assign license in existing your ids.

In usmm when I tried to assign this license to our existing sap ids, I didn't found these license type in list.
