Reply from Reagan Benjamin on Mar 30 at 9:30 PM Try to activate the table RSDAARESREQ from SAP and then repeat the phase. Most of the time it works. if the table is already active then remove it from the table DDXTT and repeat the phase.
There should be specific activation logs in the upgrade directory DIR_PUT/abap/log. You may provide the complete log to identify.

Anyone have an idea on how to correct this? I have tried repeating the step, and come right back to this.
