Use Tx code: BSP_WD_CMPWB, select your component and give enhancement
name and click display button,
once open particular component go to view and enhance that view and select
context node is BUILHEADER ADVANCE SEARCH under this context node you can
get ATTRIBUTE STRUCTURE *CRM_BUPA_HEADER_SEARCH.*
next open SE11 and give above attribute structure name(
*CRM_BUPA_HEADER_SEARCH*) append new field(zdeathdate type BU_DEATHDT
save and activate
next goto particular component and view select configuration tab and pass
this field from available to display field. Save it

Hi
this is pretty straightforward.
first you identify for which view you would like to add this existing BUT000 field.
in your case this would be for Component/View : BP_HEAD/AccountDetails
via the transaction code BSP_WD_CMPWB (UI Component workbench) you can edit this view by entering the component name BP_HEAD
in the field "component". Next press DISPLAY button.
In the views, double click on BP_HEAD/AccountDetails for which now the details will be opened on the right hand side of the
screen. Next click on the tab "configuration"
Here you click on the button "Choose Configuration", where you next choose the one with Object Subtype INDIVIDUAL. If you are already using custom
screens using config key, you select the other one.
In the screen config that you now see, click on the button "Show available fields" and scroll down untill you see 'Death Date'. you can add this on the screen.
