I have a notification that will use an action box that contains activities, when a specific activity is set, I need the system change the service requirement group/code.
For example, when Activity ACTIV/XXXX is set, the field Service Req should be YYYY/ZZZ. I think that I can do it with User Exit QQMA0014.
I also have a second scenario, when an activity is set in the notification, the field cause code should be mandatory, but before that activity is not mandatory. Can I do that with an user exit? Maybe using field selection?
