My client would like to capture the Maternity Leave details now in SAP. We found there is an option to capture the Maternity details in IT0080. But whether we need to create different leave types and rules for this infotype or the existing absence groupings to be modified? Please let us know whether we need to modify the existing set up or I can configure the Maternity leaves as stand alone without affecting the current payroll.
